Atlas service fees compensate Atlas for professional services rendered and administrative work performed on behalf of customers.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Atlas service fees become earned once the requested concierge services have been performed and are non-refundable.
All travel products are provided by independent third-party suppliers.
Refund eligibility for airfare, hotel reservations, vacation packages, transportation services, insurance products, and other travel products is determined exclusively by the applicable supplier.

Where possible, Atlas may assist customers in communicating with suppliers regarding available options, but all remedies remain governed by the supplier's policies.
Approved refunds are processed by the applicable supplier and financial institutions involved in the transaction.
