At AtlasTravelBooking, we aim to provide the best possible service. Below is our simple policy regarding cancellations, changes, and refunds for flights and vacation packages.

1. Atlas Concierge Service Fees

Atlas charges service fees for concierge and booking assistance services provided to customers.

These services may include:

  • Travel research and itinerary sourcing
  • Flight and travel option comparisons
  • Reservation coordination
  • Supplier communication
  • Booking assistance
  • Travel support services
  • Reservation modifications
  • Cancellation assistance
  • Travel concierge services

Atlas service fees compensate Atlas for professional services rendered and administrative work performed on behalf of customers.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Atlas service fees become earned once the requested concierge services have been performed and are non-refundable.

2. Third-Party Travel Supplier Refunds

All travel products are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

Refund eligibility for airfare, hotel reservations, vacation packages, transportation services, insurance products, and other travel products is determined exclusively by the applicable supplier.

Atlas cannot:

  • Override supplier policies
  • Guarantee refunds
  • Force supplier approvals
  • Waive supplier penalties
  • Modify supplier fare rules

Customers acknowledge that supplier refund decisions remain solely within the discretion of the supplier and are governed by the supplier's terms and conditions.

3. Airline Ticket Refunds

Airline ticket refunds are governed by the fare rules, restrictions, and policies imposed by the issuing airline.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

  • Fare class purchased
  • Airline restrictions
  • Timing of cancellation
  • Applicable airline policies
  • Government regulations
  • Special promotional fare restrictions

Many airline tickets are non-refundable or subject to cancellation penalties, fare differences, exchange fees, or supplier-imposed restrictions.

Atlas does not control these restrictions and cannot guarantee refund approval.

4. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Customers requesting cancellation of a reservation remain subject to:

  • Supplier cancellation policies
  • Supplier penalties
  • Fare restrictions
  • Supplier processing requirements

Atlas may assist customers with cancellation requests as part of its concierge services, but Atlas cannot guarantee the outcome of any supplier review or refund request.

5. Supplier Schedule Changes and Disruptions

Atlas shall not be responsible for supplier schedule changes, flight cancellations, delays, overbookings, route changes, weather disruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, force majeure events, or supplier operational decisions.

Where possible, Atlas may assist customers in communicating with suppliers regarding available options, but all remedies remain governed by the supplier's policies.

6. Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds are processed by the applicable supplier and financial institutions involved in the transaction.

Refund processing times may vary depending on:

  • Supplier review procedures
  • Airline processing timelines
  • Payment processor requirements
  • Banking institution processing times

Atlas does not control refund processing timelines once a refund request has been submitted to the supplier.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Atlas before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution.

Atlas maintains records including:

  • Recorded telephone authorizations
  • Email communications
  • Reservation confirmations
  • Itinerary disclosures
  • Supplier records
  • Payment records
  • Customer correspondence

These records may be submitted to financial institutions, payment processors, arbitration providers, regulatory authorities, or courts in response to disputes or chargebacks.

8. Fraud Prevention

Atlas reserves the right to refuse, delay, suspend, or cancel transactions where fraud, unauthorized payment activity, identity concerns, or verification issues are suspected.

Atlas may require additional documentation before processing, modifying, or refunding a transaction.
