At AtlasTravelBooking, we aim to provide the best possible service. Below is our simple policy regarding cancellations, changes, and refunds for flights and vacation packages.
Most flight tickets, especially those sold at discounted or "unpublished" rates, are governed by strict airline policies. In many cases, these tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked. We do not have the authority to override airline regulations.
For qualifying bookings involving travel to or from the United States, you may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least one week (7 days) prior to the flight's departure.
AtlasTravelBooking is a service provider. Our booking fees cover the cost of searching, negotiating, and securing your itinerary.
If a refund is approved by the airline, the timeline for receiving funds is determined by the banking system and the carrier. Credit card refunds typically appear within 1 to 2 billing cycles.
