At AtlasTravelBooking, we aim to provide the best possible service. Below is our simple policy regarding cancellations, changes, and refunds for flights and vacation packages.

1. Airline Rules Apply

Most flight tickets, especially those sold at discounted or "unpublished" rates, are governed by strict airline policies. In many cases, these tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once booked. We do not have the authority to override airline regulations.

2. Standard 24-Hour Cancellation

For qualifying bookings involving travel to or from the United States, you may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least one week (7 days) prior to the flight's departure.

3. Agency Processing Fees

AtlasTravelBooking is a service provider. Our booking fees cover the cost of searching, negotiating, and securing your itinerary.

  • Booking Fees: Fees charged at the time of initial purchase are generally non-refundable.
  • Changes & Cancellations: If you request a change or cancellation that is permitted by the airline, a standard agency processing fee will apply per passenger, in addition to any penalties charged by the airline/supplier.
Note: Refunds are never guaranteed and depend entirely on the airline's policy for your specific ticket class.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by the airline, the timeline for receiving funds is determined by the banking system and the carrier. Credit card refunds typically appear within 1 to 2 billing cycles.

5. How to Request a Cancellation
